Try www.prospects.ac.uk - its a uni orientated site and u may have to sign up but it usually has all the average wages and details of jobs up there just type in interior design or something along those lines:)

I think you get paied per project and so your income could be more or less than another interior designer. They have such easy jobs though, really.

I believe, you either set up a company or get work directly. You need to get training, contacts but most of all you need to get work. Then you find out what people are willing to pay.

i think it matters where you design and who you design for. im not 100% sure but i think you earn on commission
