What works for me is staying in the moment. Handle your day one minute at a time if you have to...In this "now" be grateful for all the things you do have. Don't go into "yesterday" or tomorrow" stay completely in the present. This way of thinking has saved me more than once...that and deep breathing. Emotion is energy in motion..breathing keeps your emotional body "in motion" Breath and stay in the moment is the best advise I can give...Good luck.

You just keep on keeping on. Try to learn new things and keep busy. Although it seems like the end of the world, it isn't. Don't give into giving up, there's a whole life out there waiting for you. Go get um tiger!!

Wow I was about to ask the same thing. Just focus on yourself and what makes you happy and try to keep really busy so that you don't put so much attention on what you lost. People around you will make it easier. I never knew I was so loved as I did last night. Everyone was really supportive of my decision. Try talking to someone, people may surprise you.

Talk to someone who understands. . . and knows how you feel. Sharing problems definitely makes the load a lot lighter.

cry a lot. Go over things in my head that I "should have said", "should have done", etc. etc. etc. and just basically drive myself crazy.
