Are you looking to remove the accessibility of the Yahoo tool bar or remove the application all together?

To remove the Yahoo Tool Bar simply from IE:
- Right mouse click on a free space along the menu bar.
- A menu box will pop up
- Deselect Yahoo Toolbar and viola it'll disappear

To remove the Yahoo Toolbar all together:
- Goto your control panel
- Click on Add/Remove Software
- Scroll down to Yahoo Toolbar and remove

Right-click on a blank area of the IE toolbar and untick the Yahoo toolbar.

The above may not be to your satisfaction as the toolbar is till on your computer, only not visible.

To remove it altogether, click Start, then go to Control Panel then to Add/Remove Programs and choose Yahoo Toolbar from the list.
