Only in the NCAA. If a team blocks a PAT, returns a fumble on a 2-pt conversion or intercepts a pass attempt of a 2-pt. conversion and returns them the length of the field, it results in a safety for the defense and possesion of the football.

"In American college and Canadian football, an intercepted two-point attempt, or one otherwise recovered by the defense, can be returned to the other end zone to give the defensive team two points (and is classified a safety). Although rare because of the infrequent use of the two-point conversion and because of the difficulty in returning the ball the full length of the field, this has proven the winning margin in football games. The NFL and the National Federation of State High School Associations do not allow this, and a two-point attempt resulting in recovery of the ball by the defense is merely 'no good', although it can, on rare occasions, result in a one-point safety.

The NFL has a one-point safety rule on conversion attempts. However, a one-point safety would be almost impossible in the NFL, since the ball becomes dead immediately if the defense gains possession of it during a conversion attempt. In order for the offense to score a one-point safety, a member of the defensive team would have to intentionally bat a fumble into the endzone without taking possession of the ball.

No. If a two point attempt is intercepted or fumbled and recovered by the defending team the play is then dead.
