No, you shouldn't lose anything. The data isn't stored in your battery.

No, I drop my phone and the battery pops it and the only thing that will happen is it turns your phone off. The only data you may lose is a text you started when the battery comes out

No the only thing u may lose depending on the phone is the date / and time settings, which can usually be reset really easily.
