I went too long in a sunbed, now my face is red, does anyone know how to get rid of the red?

at this point you can probably only cover it up with makeup... the redness is a burn and will take a day or so to subside on its own. use aloe to aide the healing process.

aloe vera gelly is good - even better if u have a live aloe vera plant then u can cut off a leaf and put the serum on the sun-burn and then the leaf can be covered in cling film and stored in the fridge for the next days application.

it is very good for other burns and scalds as well

put very cold washcloths on your face for 30 minutes. PAT - dont rub!!! then pat dry and put aloe on it. good luck :)

dip a piece of cloth into some vinegar and pat ( do not rub) your skin with it!
