March 11, 2007, 2:00 AM. This will be the earliest time ever, due to the new legislation, passed last year. Switch back on November 4.

In 2007, daylight time begins on March 11 and ends on November 4.

the answer is October 29th. That all depends on what country or time zone you live eastern time is at least 6 hrs behind London so what could be the 28th here can be the 29th in London.
