It's the Pet Shop Boys. They recorded it as a single in 1991 and it's a medley of Where The Streets Have No Name/(I Can't Take My Eyes Off You)
You can find it on either of their singles collections Discography (1991), or PopArt (2003).
They also did Hi-NRG covers of Elvis - Always On My Mind, Sterling Void - It's Alright, and a not very good cover of Somewhere from West Side Story.
