No my neighbors don't steal papers around here, but my girls do pick up the papers one of my neighbors gets free and doesn't want, so they pick them up for him and put them in the recycle bin.

no. I live in an apartment complex. I do have 2 unfriendly neighbors here.
1 neighbor is possessive about her parking space and several times if we parked on her "spot" she would park too close to our car.
the other unfriendly neighbor doesn't say hi to us whenever we say hi to him and he doesn't say thank you when I hold the door open for him.

No, I would set fire to one in their driveway and then calmly walk up to the door and hand them the bill since I never got to read any of them anyhow. Oh, and for my trouble, I would siphen all of the gas out of their car and laugh when they went to leave for work!
