I am going to visit england from the U S and I want to bring a bottle of the good stuff but dont want to bring what they all ready have there. so please help me......

Up here in Scotland, home of the thousand Glens, I asked a friend what he would like (of the alcoholic sort) from the U.S. His reply was Jack Daniels.

That could have to do with his particular knowledge, though, as his longest visit to the U.S. was to the south. :-)

I like Jim Beam but the best has to be JOHNNIE WALKER - Black Label - when it has been very well aged and give's a nice warm kick.....

I would maybe look at bringing something different as you will be visiting the home of whiskey etc in the UK.....And be warned we have single, double and triple distilled drinks lol.

you'd be crazy to bring whiskey to england
they drink bells and teachers scotch whiskey double distilled
In ireland best whiskeys are bushmills and jameson and they are triple distilled.
US whiskey is single distilled and isn't as good so i'd bring something else or pick up a 10 year malt Irish or scotish from above in the duty free
