Take prenatal vitamins so that you don't worry so much. After the first 3 months of pregnancy you should get your appetite back. If not start small with crackers or whatever. Before you know it you'll be eating all kinds of wierd stuff. Usually around the 7th month!
Don't worry you're baby will be fine!

Ur baby will be OK. If u can eat little meals. I no how u feel I was the same with my third child. I was sick all the time. It does pass and when u r feeling OK and feel like u could stomach a crave do it. It does not matter wot the Dr's say....go with wot Ur tummy wants. There is after all another tummy in there telling u what it wants. As long as u r keeping fluids up u should b OK. Don't dehydrate yourself. Hang in there. If u r really not able 2 keep water down I suggest seeing the r just 2 make sure u and the baby r OK.

From my perception, the question you are asking is that you are pregnant now... if so, people say saltine crackers.. eat slowly and then get up out of bed. However, it did NOT work for me... all that I was able to do was eat a peice of bread and take morning sickness pills. Also, there are these pillow things with rice and lavender in them, put it it on your stomach after you heat it up and it takes most of the sickness feeling away...
If I am reading it wrong and you are talking about you all ready have the kid, just use formula, because your breastmilk isnt going to satisfy the nutrients that you are supposed to give the baby...
Hope this helps, good luck

I know it sucks right now, I finished that particular phase with much relief. Keep taking your prenatals, but never on an empty stomach, as it will make you sick. Eat dry toast and crackers, with 7up. Avoid smells and food that make you sick. Eat small portions as often as you are able. The baby will be fine, and is getting what it needs if you keep taking those vitamins. I lost seven pounds in morning sickness and my baby is growing just fine.

Morning sickness!? It sucks. Well somehow the baby pulls what is missing from your body. The baby will get what it needs to thrive. I had severe morning sickness and delivered a bouncing 8lb 14oz, 22inches long little girl. So it will all work out don't stress about it. Talk to you dsoc and they can give you something to ease the nausea. Good Luck.

somehow, the baby will get what it needs from you. Another miracle that God has allowed to happen. Don't worry, you'll feel better. Take your vitamins before bed. Drink water and juice if you can.

Breastfeed, it's what God has given you and is proven to be by far the best way to feed and nourish a baby.
