if u r positive u r not pregnat the ony other thing i can think of is...
if u r severely underweight
u have a bad infection
complete stress

you might not think u have any of the above but the body is a strange thing

its only nearly 4 days not that long but if it s longer than a week then i would say go the doctors

A hormone imbalance perhaps, if you have lost a lot of weight recently could be a factor. You say you have been feeling weak this could also be a sign of anaemia which can have an effect on your periods.

I would do another pregnancy test also.

My periods were irregular and the doctor put me on the pill which did regulate them. I came off the pill to concieve and I was worried I might go back to being irregular but I'm glad to say I was as regular as clock work.

See your GP - it might be nothing to worry about but get it checked out.

I'm hesitant to post here since I'm a bloke... but here goes.

#1. Menopause... for older women only... Having run out of eggs will stop periods from happening... obviously.

#2. The pill... This would be because contraceptive pills contain female hormones... which happen to be what controls the "monthly condition". If the hormone levels have been altered, the control has been altered, and thus the period balance will be altered.

#3. Other hormonal imbalance... Just about anything that could alter your estrogen and progesterone levels will mess with your period. This could be just about anything from the presence of unwanted hormonal agents in your food through genetic abnormalities to extreme mood issues (stress, as previously noted).
Typically though, as far as I've been able to ascertain from female partners in the past, the natural variation in the levels of the two key female hormones can result in periods being late or early sometimes... but rarely cause them to be missed altogether.

Thats about all I can present.
Unless of course somehow something got stuck inside you and its presence has sent the wrong messages to your hormonal system.... but thats just speculation and hardly likely. o_0;;

A poor diet can stop your period as you mentioned, and so can stress, I think even over excersizing also there are certain birth control pills that can stop your period, I just started taking Depo Privera a few months ago and it has completely stopped my period. You mentioned that you are not pregnant but if it persists then you should see your doctor. Sometimes I have gone through changes with my harmones and have not had a period for up to two months at a time.

A poor diet, stress, lack of iron and perhaps a low immune system can cause a disturbance in a woman's menstrual cycle.

I had the same problem, with irregular periods. I bleed every 3 weeks. The doc told me i had fibroids and endometriosis.

Why don't u get an appt with your doctor, he can send u for some blood tests, to see if u r anaemic or have a hormonal imbalance.

good luck!

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/cJw9U

You don't say how long you have been having periods for? They can be irregular at first. The word for the stopping of periods is amenorrhoea. Why don't you look it up on the internet and see what you can find. The best suggestion is however to visit your GP.

Good luck x

because you're youthful, you era might want to nevertheless no longer be conventional. it takes as a lot as 2 years once you first get your era for it to calm down into its organic cycle. it would want to also be led to by technique of and strengthen in actual pastime, or weightloss. when I joined dance team, i lost 5 pounds (plenty for someone who weighed one hundred ten) then received 10 pounds of muscle over the span of 5 months. the finished time, i did not get my era in any respect. so do not difficulty, purchase in basic terms to be secure, be at liberty to make an appointment with a gynecologist.

if you have been ill (ie feeling sick, stomach upsets) your period might not come. but because you have cramps and backache, your period might just be a few days late. If you are worried you should talk to your doctor.
