You should talk with the librarians at Cornell. They can suggest sites and sources:

However, I worked in academic libraries for 8 yrs. and I've talked to students needing sources on some pretty unusual things. Your topic will be difficult to find, especially the visual component. The librarians may suggest you search in the fields of anthropology and sociology. AnthroSource and Sociological Abstracts are two indexes of journal articles that Cornell subscribes to. You might also try ProQuest Research Library, Academic Search Premier, and Cambridge Journals Online.

Talk to the librarians first, but here's the link to Cornell's databases:

Do you know why they ate dog and cat? Because the Japanese colonized Korea, and made the people so poor that they had nothing else to eat. It was an act of desperation. The only people who really eat it today are those who began eating it during WW2 and the Korean war. Trust me, I speak fluent Korean and have spent over 4 years in the country. I asked why, and that is the answer everyone gives. make sure you add that into your speech. You probably can't find much credible due to the fact they they were eaten by the poor. Try find old Korean news reports. I get Korean television here and i have seen a few news reports of elderly people getting caught stealing a dog. Anyways, if you ever get the chance, go get some Kalbi and Bulgogi! great stuff!
