Sorry, you can't make it stop. Usually what happens is that everyone else will eventually catch up with you, unless your doctor diagnoses some kind of growth hormone problem. If you feel it's abnormal, you need to get a checkup because if there really is something wrong, it could be bringing other health issues with it. But unfortunately, there is no way to stop it.

You should be trying to develop muscle. Try running and lifting weights. The pounds will decrease. The height might not but the increase in testerone will and the decrease in estrogen by working with weights will help. also diet with protein and less carbohydrates. My girlfriend did this when she was 14 she had a 40 breast and it went down to 36 in two years. She is tall but a beautiful body now at 18.

How tall are you? How tall are your parents? Have you talked to them about whether they (or your aunts or uncles) went through a similar growth spurt? How tall were you when you started the spurt and how tall are you now? Do the women in your family have large breasts?

You could have an endocrine or hormonal problem if your parents, grandparents and aunts and uncles are 5'5" and you are 6'3". Take a look around you. If something seems out of step with the rest of your family, visit your physician and ask to see a specialist right away. Your human growth hormone could be out of whack and it could be adjusted.

Growth in spurts is normal. You have probably reached your max height. Only in a few cases do people grow beyond 16-18 years of age.
I reached my max at 14. I grew six inches in one year.

Boobs, I don't have. Can't help.

Tall is beautiful.

Be happy with who you are. Focus on your self esteem, be confident in yourself, like yourself. Your parents are probably tall, so you will be too. Acceptance is the key, your genes are already predetermined. These are normal changes going on in your body, along with hormonal changes that are affecting your moods.

For girls, it normally slows down at around 18, so you are almost there. You are your body. Walk tall.
