I am 27 and currently on Buspar 12.5 mg a day for Anxiety. I found out my liver is enlarged but the doctors did several liver tests that showed normal. I have been taking Buspar for 1 year and before was on Paxil before I got pregnant. (I have an 11 weeek old) Can these medications causte liver enlargement?

the drug itself does not cause liver enlargement. However, if you have a liver disease already..Buspar can cause complications and you need to be monitored while on the medication.
What did your doctor tell you about the enlargement issue?
Do not stop taking the buspar cold turkey. If you have a concern or are worried talk to your doctor. As far as the medication, Call your pharmacist and ask him about any and all drugs you are taking. Sometimes mixing things can cause problems. Your Pharmacist will be able to tell you all the risks and side effects of the any drugs you are taking. Including anything over the counter...like ibuprofen aspirin etc etc.
