Then we call that 'admiration'.

Just because he is your superior doesnt mean that you cant admire him. So dont feel guilty or ''small'' about yourself,
that way the blushing wont appear to be obvious.

Lucky you ;)

Maybe it is that you feel inferior to him. Maybe that's why you blush so much. You don't have to feel that way though. Just because he's your boss doesn't mean he has the right to make you feel that way. Don't worry about the blushing. It's a natural bodily function that you can't control.

You have a crush. You may not romantically want this guy, but something about him, either his superiority, demeanor, or resemblance to someone else you've known is making it hard for you to view him as just your boss. Think of it as like the kind of crush you had in 3rd grade on one of your teachers. It didn't mean anything, just made you goofy around them. I say, gain some self-confidence and try to become FRIENDS with your boss, and hopefully you'll feel more comfortable with him.

Maybe you have this kind of disorder or something. Like a shyness problem. I advise you to go to a psychiatrist or got o a help website. Are you sure that you don't like your boss in that way? Some people can just be in denial or they're not sure what love is........

Because you are "not sure" of your standings, or he makes you uncomfortable, the blood rushes to your head and you blush.

You should look in the mirror and practise what you want to say to him, thus, you will gain more self confidence and after you get that, the blushing should go away.

I wish you well..

I find that I have the same problem, but not so much blushing. I beleive its because your concetrating so much on trying not to something extremely stupid while in his presence and also trying to appear to be professional, but because you are concentrating so hard on this your probably doing the total opposite.

I don't think you blush, I think you feel intimidated by the fact that he is your boss. Think of something or someone else when you talk to him. That has happened to me.

The same thing happens to me when i speak to people who are in "authority", it is very difficult and annoying and embarrasing.

Because you seriously want to rip all his clothes off and take him right there, against his desk...or maybe over there, against the wall...or maybe on the copy machine...or maybe...

Maybe because you like him...just try to relax when talking to him.
