I do have a filter and i was feeding them around 3 times a day... I am going to stop that down to only 1 time a day because reading other questions i found out its only need once a day.

Overfeeding causes the water to get dirty. You can change about 50% of the water, or you can go buy some "crystal clear' this stuff works wonders, which clears up murky aquarium water, in about 2 1/2 hours, if not change the water. Make sure you are changing your filter pads about every 40 days.

If you don't have a filter then get one. The fogginess can be from either an under filtered tank, over feeding or the beginning of the cycle. But since it also stinks then its either from under filtering or overfeeding.

Test your water params make sure the water is safe. Do a water change whether they are safe or not, if it's not safe though then take out more water to make it safe.

Read up on cycling a fish tank too, you will loose a lot of fish if you don't know what it is.

Did you cycle your tank before you added the fish. If you go to the site fish crazy http://www.fishcrazy.co.uk/index.php you can find out all about cycling if you havn't done it.
You need to do a water change pretty soon as you will be poisoning you fish with ammonia, nitrites and possibly nitrates too. You are overfeeding. Thats probably the cause of the stink.
The fish crazy site will help you if you register (free) and ask a question in "tropical set up".

EDIT
I just saw the bit about only having the tank 4 days...prepare yourself for the worst, your fish may well die. You should always cycle a tank before adding fish but pet shops often dont give very good advice unless you ask for it specifically. With the help of fish crazy you may save your fish but you will need to work at it and probably change the water every day for a while to keep the fish alive. Good luck, you're gonna need it!

how large is your aquarium do u have a sump??? what type of filter system do you have try doing a water change without stressing the fish too much make sure your filter is clean and i havent heard of any freshwater angels so im guessing that its salt water if so there may be a dead spot in your aquarium make sure that there is water flowing everywhere in aquarium because if there is a build up of junk in a small area if could lead to deaths of fish and would smell terrable

1 clean it regularly - fish poop like any other animal!

2 get a filter if you haven't got one

3 add some oxygenating weed

4 check with pet store about feeding, put a little food in and make sure they eat it before adding more food

5 keep tank out of direct sunlight, this encourages algae growth

Remove your fish and place in a temp home with fresh water.

Then clean clean clean your other tank. Use bleach and soapy water then rinse rinse and rinse again to make sure all chemicals are removed. Place fresh water in the tank with your fish. Make sure you wash all gravel or decorations you have in the tank.

To keep clean I suggest you buy a bottom feeder (algae eater), a filter for the tank, and some live plants.

First of all clean the tank, Duh. Some times the fish food needs to be placed on the water so that it floats, rather than just droping it in. Read the label and it will tell you if that is the case. Also the tank could be to small, there are 3 fish in their, make sure that they have "room to swim" and maby get a snail so that you don't have to clean your tank as often!!

You could try cleaning it every once and awhile. If you don't want to clean it by hand, install a filter. You had probably better hurry, it isn't good for fish to live in their own slop, it could cause the fish to get sick and maybe die.

CLEAN IT. Put some plants in there that might eat the fungus out and maintain the tank clean. But if is already foggy, clean it and go to the shop where you got your fishes and tell them. they might recommend something to put in the tank.
