Harvard University should have a website. Yup they do:

Harvard has an engineering program but it is not highly ranked. Harvard is better known for its other professional schools.
The best engineering schools in the states are:
MIT
Standford
Berkeley
Georgia Institute of Tech
Illinois

I went to U of Waterloo. I wouldn't recommend it if you can get into one of the top US schools. It's overhyped in Canada IMO. The only real positive is that the profs are allowed to keep their intellectual property and there are a lot of spin off companies in the Waterloo region.
