Don't mention military superiority either. They couldn't even protect their pentagon against a few terrorrists. And they are not winning their war or Error either , even with the help of their british Pim*s.
They are almost about to be thrown out ( Withrawal , if you want. but both are same now ) from Iraq.

Some people will object now. Demanding all who took aid to give it back now. ( When some one - as per your claim , taliban and saddam - returned your aid you were not very happy either )

And did I make any 'pro terror ' comments?? don't think so. and I know americans dont' care what others think. Just now I had a chat with an american ( who I believe belong to GOP ) . I think all the points lost in putting these questions were worth the chance for such a discussion.
we differed in our convctions and still differ. But a discussion can be enjoyable too . anyway this question was not 'only for' americans. seems only americans are responding.

I am an American, and I think it is silly to believe that we are superior to all others in everything.
Every country has its share of nationalists, but Americans seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I think the source of this is that so many Americans have little or no exposure to foreign countries. Most of us don't have passports, and if you exclude Canada and some resort spots to our south, less than 10% have been to a foreign country.
This leads to what I refer to as "the only child" syndrome. We don't quite know how to play well with others because we weren't brought up in the company of others who were different from us.

Superior to ALL others? That's a matter of opinion. But the fact that the US is a great and good country cannot be dismissed.
The good that the US has done around the world, what it has given, what it has created, cannot be lightly dismissed. Sure, we've had our not-so-good moments, but overall, we've been a force for good, for peace, for progress around the world.
The US has given more, in terms of money, manpower and blood, than any other country in the history of the world, to liberate oppressed people, to rebuild countries, to feed the hungry, to help the sick, etc.
To those who hate the US for smarmy, sanctimonious reasons can just go to hell. They are blinded by their own hate and self-righteousness.

We are not superior in anything except military strength. For all of those who claim we are #1. We are not number one in culture or resolving social issues. Anyone who questions that is automatically considered "Anti-American" or an America hater. Anyone who questions the Patriot Act is considered a terrorist supporter. I love this country and I think because of our Consitituion we have so much potential, if the sheep would stop following our immature, greedy grasping leaders and believing every word that comes out of their mouths.

you can rant all you want,the truth is america is superior in manufacturing,california in itself is the third largest economy in the world! as far as all the pro terror comments you make the truth is all of those countries are destitute..hamas is a terrorist organization! china and the world owes america 140 trillion dollars! and if we sucked so bad there wouldn't be millions fleeing there countries to come here because we are free,a concept that you will never understand! but what makes us strongest is we are a melting pot of all nationalities! we are every country in the world! that's what makes us superior!

Superior! If you ever travel around the world, you will see that all civilized, prosperous countries are versions of the US.
