2 of my closest friends are having a dipute. How can I make sure that I don't make a judgement on who is right or wrong before I have all the facts on what has actually happened?

DON'T GET INVOLVED. Tell them they will have to work it out without you and you are not willing to risk your relationship with either of them because they are having an arguement. You are not their mommy, it's not your job to make any judgements, facts or no.

Easy, stay out of it. Even though they are both your friends, it isn't your problem. If one or both of them asks you to choose a side, then gently tell them that you aren't going to since you like them both equally.
Once you've heard what each one has to say, you can make a decision, but I wouldn't act on it. A dispute between two friends shouldn't ruin your friendship with either of them.

You don't have to decide who is right or wrong. Don't get involved. Listen to them and be there for them when you need them, but don't try to decide who is right or wrong or take a side.

Don't get involved at all--that's their business, let them handle it.
