You can either burn a disc, connect up to xbox live over the internet, or order a disc from xbox. I have added a link on how to do this and what games are backward compatible. And you need the harddrive

i read that you can only play certain xbox games on the 360. so not all the games will work but there is a list on IGN.com. You have 2 go 2 the FAQ section select xbox 360 then go and it should take u to a list of games that are backwards compatible.

As far as I know you can't play xbox games on the xbox 360.

just put the disc into the slot and play it, but not all xbox games can be played on the 360. Go to xbox..com or something to find a list
