Satisfaction

In most places on earth, it is considered Adultery, and it is punishable by law if the person is married.

This is because marriage is nothing but a contract in the eyes of law and infidelity is breach of contract, once the marriage is registered the local government also becomes part of the contract because of other rules and regulations automatically.

In most instances, there is no action from law enforcement, unless pressed by some one to take action, in that case also, they refer the matter to civil court or divorce courts.

Both take in to consideration other factors such as welfare or the children.......... Hence an harsh judgement may be water down.

Infidelity in marriage is considered a crime in other countries. In fact when that infidelity results to an offspring, then one can go to jail for it. If you can't stay faithful, then avoid entering into relationships that require commitment.

infidelity is only a crime if you get caught....kidding!

But infidelity is non existent in an open relationship. So long as you an your partner can come to an agreement, you wouldn't have to worry about any crimes of the heart.

Infidelity may not be morally right but what if both parties are unhappy in their marriages but due to certain circumstances and are unable get out, hence seek comfort elsewhere and indeed even fall desperately in love with someone else who wil care? What if destiny only brings your true love when it's a little too late?

if its that ur term, i think its a crime.

treat others, as you want to be treated.

if it's ok with you to play around, then would it still be okay with you if your gf or wife does the same..

as i look at it.. it's not actually satisfaction, but selfishness, if you think you gain something after you had esx with someone who you dont really love and just used for that urge, then..it's all yours. but what if that person used you also, don't you feel abused??? youre not an object or an animal, who doesn't have a brain and a heart for a conscience..

if you believe you can live along with that, then good, but i hope it wont make you feel empty all your life.

love is a wonderful thing, and only people who believes in it, experience it and live it, it's prettier to live life with someone who loves you and respects you and your body, and better a faithful partner. won't you feel more special? =)

Infidelity in itself is wrong. But since the world is such a chaotic place one must delve deeper. Is your wife/girlfriend a drunk, never home, unfaithful, abusive, etc? Do you stay in the relationship because of children, finances, etc? Take this into consideration also, How would you like it if she cheated on you? Think about it.
