You have alot of choices as a vegan. I would concentrate on beans/rice, soy products for protein and root veggies. However, you would benefit greatly by including dairy, fish and eggs as the protein will definitely help you muscle-up. You can guy protein powder at Walmart ($12.00), mix it with milk for 21gms. of protein, or double it up for 42gms. Have it between meals. I don't know a thing about hair weaving. Godloveya.

ABOUT WEIGHT GAIN
1.Always take one handful of soaked peanuts in morning. Never take plain tea only. Take biscuits with tea.
2.Drink eight glass of water daily after each 2 hour.
3.Take four hours food in day time.
4.Listen to good music like Sarod,Sitar,Flute, Santoor etc.
5.Have a sound sleep of 7 hours at night only.
6.Have 15 minutes walk twice a day.

You can gain weight onlky if you eat junk food a lot.But there is a question why does anyone want to grow fat.? People are preferred thin.
