In some since, you are talking about it here. When I have things like that happen, I pray and then God is in on it also...and sometimes I have good friends that I can tell to get some relief. Never talking about something that is bothering me just usually means that it will keep on bothering me. Talking and telling usually causes the power to go out of the feeling and I will be able to go on and feel better.

I LOVE the Partridge Family. A friend of mine and I will have a few drinks, put on the old Partridge Family Albums and sing along. I was a huge fan of David Cassidy. He was a hotty in his day.

You dont need to hide anything from yourself.Just acknowledge what your feeling, envision a rose in front of you, place that feeling in the rose, then blow it up baby blow it up.Then bend over and shake your head and you will have released the energy.

if you want to keep it to yourself, that is good...my thoughts on keeping it to yourself, is ok, do that, but talk to your self and think about this feeling that upsets you, hash it out, work it out, and make this feeling go away...then you will be more relaxed and can move on...if this feeling is a good feeling, keep it in and enjoy it....

Sometimes that's the best and only fitting thing to do. Feelings, after all, are feelings . . . they pass.
