go to control panel then internet options and then where it says set homepage type in the homepage you want good luck

After downloading 7.0 if you do not have your home page then you could enter the URL of the page which you want as home page. copy and paste this URL to be your home page again in 7.0
to set the home page all you have to do is copy the URL for your home page.
click on Tools> Internet Options
there click on the General Tab
in the home page text field paste your home page URL which you have copied. that should set your home page
