To contact a big name like Peter Jackson is almost impossible. You have to hunt down everyone that works for him, from the bottom up! You literally have to become a stalker, so I suggest not to do it unless you really want to work in film, and have your goals set on working with this man. Then if you are, good luck to you.

erm go to the lord of the rings website/ fanclub and send an e mail there, or to the internet site owned by his filming company. or type his name into google and see if he has a fanclub or website.
