god or whatever entity is out there. That his is the only true and real recording. He is not delivering any message, he says he is only recording. He also strongly believes that he is not psychologically disturbed in any way. What could this possibly mean?

He is not using any type of recording devise. He says that god is looking through his eyes to see what has happened to the world. God does not interfere, only monitors...

He is a defiinite wack job basket case. People like this eventually snap and become serial killers when their tape runs out. He should be committed to a looney bin. They tried to do that to me once, but I got away.
I would ask him what good is it if he only has a "record" button but no "play" button. I you cannot play it back how do you know there is any recording there? I would suggest to him that he is more like a landfill where garbage gets dumped.

What the heck makes you thing these people have all the answers......I think it means you been giving him too much of the good stuff to smoke and he's taking it literally. Smoke some and gain understanding.
