If it's gloss paint I doubt if you ever will. You could try some white spirit but that would make them smell horrible so it's defeating the object. Think your best bet is just to use them for doing odd jobs around the house in the future and investing in a new pair of jogging bottoms.

Definatly white sprit. Works on when i was decoratin a flat. Dont buy a chaep less quality one though or that might burn your jogging pears but it wont get rid of the stains. Buy the special branded ones. Mayby slightly more expencive but....worth it totally.
keep the sprit away from children too.

gloss paint will never come off once dried you will have to keep them for decorating in .

this does work i have done it myself put butter on the bottoms and use your nail to lightly scratch it off it comes of with ease!!!!
