First they would be outrage, then they would try and find the individuals that did this act and arrest them, then they would ask what did we do that caused them to attack us, Then they would try and sit down and negotiate with ones that attacked us, and finally they would offer aid hoping that they will see how nice we are and won't attack us again.

Simple: first it will be the cons fault because Global Warming made the murderous jihadis hotter. Then they will blame the second amendment, and sue Smith&Wesson like Billary did before(look it demirats).
Then last but not in the least, they will blame the military and all the warriors that have kept us safe---because they did their job too well. (See Tailhook you rat faced libs)

It won't be by attacking Canada. The Bush administration answered the attack on the world trade center by attacking Iraq, go figure the logic in that. If it had been Saudi Arabia, I might have figured it, but not Iraq who had nothing to do with it.
