Yes they do. Though I could not find any exact figures for numbers by ethnicity on the Federal Statistical Office of Germany web page http://www.destatis.de/basis/e/bevoe/bevoetab10.htm, I found numbers for those of African origin in Germany as of 2005
The total pop. 276,973
of those born in Africa 238,338
of those born in Germany 38,635
Not all of these may be Black of cause if they come from North Africa they may be Arab.
There were numbers for American and other European countries who may of cause be Black but are defined by their nationality.
The problem with this question is that it uses a Euro/Afrocentric word that those from Africa do not use as they define themselves by their nationality. Black is a term best used to describe those of colour residing in the West who's origins lie in the period of European Imperialism and who's direct origins are in the 'New World' eg Caribbean South America, North America.
A beautiful term don't you think. To be a child of the 'New World'
