I activated just last Thursday. It was ready on exactly the day they said it would be ready. The wireless router was easy - just plug it in and go! My laptop is already wireless enabled and it had no problem connecting to the router. No problems since then (touch wood). I am on the middle package (£5). Speed and reliability seem excellent.

I've had it for around a month and I couldnt be more happy.
Miles faster and cheaper than my last ISP.
I've heard a few reports from people saying they're having problems but I just think they don't know how to set it up properly

I registered for it months ago and still haven't had it yet. I am a bit concerned that when it does come, it'll have problems.

Nope, I'm in the US... have Qwest DSL. (Qwest is generally known as a phone company like AT&T, MCI, etc.)

These "free" offers are not as good as they sound. Steer clear please, you only get what you pay for, unfortunately.
