I activated just last Thursday. It was ready on exactly the day they said it would be ready. The wireless router was easy - just plug it in and go! My laptop is already wireless enabled and it had no problem connecting to the router. No problems since then (touch wood). I am on the middle package (£5). Speed and reliability seem excellent.

Miles faster and cheaper than my last ISP.

I've heard a few reports from people saying they're having problems but I just think they don't know how to set it up properly

These "free" offers are not as good as they sound. Steer clear please, you only get what you pay for, unfortunately.
