Protein need to lose weight and to repair muscle after working out. When muscles repair themselves, they grow. But that depends on the type of exercise. Yes, looking back when he was doing stand-up he was all or maybe 130-140 soaking wet. He's been blowing up over the years , I think he has a thyroid issue.

Yes "Smoky" is getting bigger, but he is a man now. When he first started in his first movie Friday he looked really thin but he was young. He is a man now so I expect him to get big!
