The fact that it's still Internet Explorer, and so inherently inferior to Firefox and Opera.

I downloaded it a few days ago and it practically killed my computer. They install a lot of other stuff with it so to keep track of how and when you use it. I had to do a complete restore because even once i deleted it I still had massive problems. Programs weren't opening correctly or loading really slowly (and I have fast comp.) Finally I gave up and did a system restore wich thank god fixed everything. I recommend waiting for it to come out of the beta stage before downloading it.

Pros
• Long-awaited refresh brings tabbed browsing, IDN and 32-bit transparent PNG support.
• Relatively stable, and slightly faster page loading times.

Cons
• UI needs a bit more work. Download manager also needed.
• Users should be allowed to move toolbars around like previous versions of IE.
