I'VE GOT THE SAME PROBLEM
I AM THINKING ABOUT GLUE AND A PATCH TO GO UNDERNEATH FROM A SHOE REPAIRER THE GLUE IS FLEXIBLE DON'T USE SUPERGLUE
OR TRYING AN UPHOLSTERERS IF I CAN FIND ONE

There is a kit you can buy to do this. You have to check with a furniture store, Wal-Mart or K-Mart.

I think I got mine at Rhodes Furniture (They are out of business now)
