The answer is yes, i had the magazine but i threw it out (not a big madonna fan, she should retire shes a little old to be dancing around in tights)

yea many times,
the one that stands out in my mind is the GQ from ITALY where she was on the cover with STING it was a really beautifiuli cover.
shes never been on the cover of GQ U.S.
