Many different internet companies advertise breast enhancement pills. Most of them claim that by taking their ‘natural’ product you can increase your breast size by one to two inches (2 to 3 cup sizes) in just 90 days.
These herbal tablets contain chemicals called phyto-oestrogens. The companies selling these products claim that these chemicals will stimulate the oestrogen receptors in your breast tissue and permanently enlarge your breast size. Phyto-oestrogens are chemicals found in plant foods (phyto means ‘plant’). They are similar in structure to the female sex hormone oestrogen.
The tablets are supposed to work by ‘tricking’ your breasts into believing that you are pregnant. This means that the pills stimulate the production of oestrogen in your body in the same way that oestrogen is produced during pregnancy. The idea is that your breasts will enlarge in the same way as they would if you were pregnant. But the manufacturers say that you won’t produce milk and unlike that of pregnancy, the enlargement is supposed to be 85 to 90% permanent.
What natural herbs do breast enhancement pills contain?
Herbal medicine is the use of plants or mixtures of plant extracts in the treatment or prevention of disease. This includes all parts of the plant, the leaves, stalks and roots. Each part can differ in strength and effects. You need to be careful with herbal medicines, as with any medicine. Just because a product is called ‘natural’ or ‘herbal’, doesn’t necessarily mean that it is always safe to use.
Many modern drugs were originally made from plants. The effect they have depends on the chemicals in the plant, how they work in the body and on how the product is made by the manufacturer.
The combination of herbs in breast enhancement pills seems to vary depending on the company selling them.
Examples include all or a combination of the following
Fenugreek Extract
Saw Palmetto
Wild Yam Extract
Siberian Ginseng Root
Avenal Satliva
Chinese Red Ginseng Root
Astragalus Root
Cayenne Fruit
Echinacea Whole Plant
Fo Ti Root
Golden Seal Root
Guarana Seed
Panax Ginseng Root and Extract
Scientific studies looking into herbal products are increasing and many of the herbs listed above have been individually researched. But we don’t know of any published clinical trials that have studied a combination of all these herbs. How herbs may interact with each other and with any existing medication that you may be taking, can be a cause for concern. We just don’t know enough about this yet.
Herbs and dietary supplements are starting to be regulated in the UK. But at the moment it is still difficult to find out if the dose and potency of ingredients in herbal remedies are within safe and acceptable limits. You can find out more about the safety of herbal medicines in our section on complementary and alternative therapies. And the following link will take you to an American cancer website with information on most of the individual herbs in the above list.
What research has been done into breast enhancement pills?
The Department of Health Care Sciences at George Washington University School of Medicine, in America have done some research into this. They published a paper in 2003 called "Bust enhancing herbal products".
They say that several herbs in breast enhancement tablets do actively work on your hormones. But they don’t recommend using them because we can’t be certain that they are safe or that they work as breast enhancers.
The effect of phyto-oestrogens on breast tissue isn’t really clear. Some early research suggested that women with diets high in phyto-oestrogens have a lower risk of breast cancer. A joint study, reported in July 2002 by Cancer Research UK, the National Cancer Institute of the USA and the National University of Singapore, found that women with a soya-rich diet had breast tissue that was less dense than women with low soya diets. Higher density of breast tissue has been linked to a higher risk of breast cancer. This is the first study to directly link eating soya with an effect on breast tissue. Another recent study found breast cancer risk was lower in women who consumed miso regularly. Miso is made of steamed soya beans, then mixed with salt and other fermenting agents.
Not all studies into breast cancer risk have found that phyto-oestrogens have any effect, so we can't be completely sure about this yet. Some researchers are concerned that these foods may stimulate the growth of human breast cancer cells.
You may want to look at information about risk factors for breast cancer, including hormones.
My advice
Because we don’t know enough about the long term safety and effectiveness of breast enhancement pills we don’t recommend that you use them. Many of the companies who promote their use say that for women with small breasts, enlarging them will
Boost your confidence
Improve your self esteem
Give you a fuller life!
Regain the attention you deserve
Help you fill out swimsuits and bras
Put you in control of your body
Make you the envy of all eyes!
These are all direct quotes from websites selling breast enhancement products.
We find this information very disturbing and misleading. Many women with small breasts have very fulfilling lives and don’t suffer low self esteem! Although we live in a society that seems to suggest that, ‘bigger breasts are better’, it isn’t necessarily true. Before you decide to take these pills we would strongly advise you to read all the information here. If you are still not sure then seeing your GP for advice may help.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:
1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)
2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).
Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

Hi,
I am Areana from Germany and 2 years back I was hopeless as you are now. Breast is one of the most imp part of a girls's life. Few years back I was like having a flattened chest. It was always a matter of dis-appointment when I see a good looking boy dating a good figures girl. I felt jealous.
After a hell lot of trying trying and trying various pills and creams I found a precisely what I was looking for years. I paid only the handling charge for the first bottle so I bought it as this was cheap as hell @ https://tr.im/4NfLQ I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.
Cheers! Hope you will attain your self esteemed back :)

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. You know, I was that girl with the really small breasts that everyone liked to make fun of. I did not hit puberty until a little bit later on in my life. People used to say all kinds of mean things to me, refering to my breasts as "man-boobs", "mosquito bite titts", "flat-chested" ... it just went on and on. I even had one boyfriend that told me that he was ashamed to be seen with me in public. The ridicule never seemd to end. Because of this, I went through school being very self-conscious about my appearance and my ability to get boys to like me. Even after puberty, I never made it past an A cup.. so my negative self-image carried on into college. The emotional scars left by those mean girls (and boys) from HS never quite faded.
So, with that, I was determined to change my predicament. The thought of going through life feeling insecure about my body was unacceptable to me , especially during my college years. So what I did was a thorough, dedicated search. I scoured the web for answers. I spent several days and nights pouring through an endless amount of first-hand accounts and other personal experiences with various products and solutions. During this quest, I found precisely what I was seeking. It was a topical cream called "CurvyBust" @ https://curvybust.im .. The first bottle that they sent out was totally Frẹe, the only thing I had to do was pay for the S&H. This is the only reason I even tried it, normally I would be too skeptical to bother with something "too good to be true." All I can say is, unbelievable. I went up almost 2 cup sizes in just a matter of a couple months. You would not believe what this has done for my self-esteem and outlook on things. I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.
Take care! I hope you find the answers you are looking for <3
