no need to uninstall usually

you simply have to get to the area where those files are stored

generally you can look in the following location

My Documents

Documents and Settings\[ur user name]\Application Data

Documents and Settings\[ur user name]\Local Settings\Application Data

another area is look in the games folder

Uninstall the game, and delete the folders manually if there r any
