What is your opion on the bombs, and what do you think Hawkins is up to? Who does he work for?
And, Where was Jake for those 5 years?

Wow, just looked at some of the answers so far, if ya don't like the show, why are you even clicking on a question that says Jericho Fans?
Anyways, I believe Hawkins is working with the gover. and Jake was in the mIllitary or Millitary Prison.

I think the whol thing is a government experiment, and Hawkins is a part of it. I think Jake was probably undercover, deep, deep undercover, like for the CIA or somebody for 5 years. Prison doesn't teach you to lie that good, working undercover for the government does.

Hawkins has access to the State Department's website, so I would presume he has something to do with that federal department.
And from what Hawkins found on Jake's passport, I think Jake was either running drugs or arms or some other nefarious contraband.
Don't think Jake was in prison, really, though I could be in error (won't be the first time & certainly not the last).

Hawkins and Jake are linked together in terms of their training. Hawkins is obviously with "a" government. Jake is a person of interest probably because he has been MIA. He might have been in the military are selected to be part of some special operations. He may have deserted his command. The bombs are for real. At the end of the show, we may have seen a retaliation strike.

I think that Jake was in the military with something undercover or in the brig. Not sure what the deal is with Hawkins but he sure does raise a lot of questions, Jake ended up trusting him so maybe he knows something. They could speed things up a little on the show, it is starting to drag a little bit with all the secondary plotlines. The brother is a total dirtbag by cheating on his wife and not taking the out when he had it. He really needs to stay out of the bar and quit rubbing it in her face that he isn't going to leave his wife.

I agree, I think he was in prison. What for though, I'm not sure. But I don't think he would have learned all about bombs and their aftermath while he was in prison so there's something a little sketchy about that. As for Hawkins... I can't make up my mind whether he's with or against them. If he was working with the people who dropped the bomb, I don't think he would be helping the town so much, but his actions are suspicious anyway.
But I'm excited to find out.

I think Jake was in prison. Hawkins is working with whoever is responsible for the bombs. I haven't quite got it figured out yet.

I do think Jake was in jail or something similar. The brother is a dweeb. Hawkins knows something, that's for sure. Love the show.

i misssed last weeks episode b/c i was out of town but i think THE EVIL MONKEYS FROM PLANET ZOLTAR DID IT, na just kidding idk yet gotta keep watching and find out
