Your Mind, everyone's body ages at different rates. If we take care of our bodies and eat the right foods and exercise, we can extend the number of years of life. But if you are always thinking in your mind that you look old and you feel old, then you're programing your mind that you are older than you actully are.
If you spend a lot of time in the sun or tanning bed, then you're more likely to develop winkles faster.
If you smoke and drink a lot it will cause health problems, and it effect you inside and outside of your body.
But if you believe in your mind that you look old each time you look in the mirror then you become old in your own mind.
We were created for a purpose in this life, and worring about what part of the body shows how old we are is not it.
Think about what your thinking about, your mind is a powerful organ, don't become trapped in vanity and miss out on LIFE. We all get older each day, but you if keep a youthful mind and positive attitude, you will live longer and and enjoy life more.
May God Bless You and keep you forever youthful in your mind, heart and soul.
