You need a CD writer or Rewriter. You need blank cds. Quite a lot of photos will fit on a standard 700MB CD. You can just highlight the pics you want to copy to CD and right click and then send to and click the CD drive and then a dialogue box will come up saying you have files waiting to be written to CD then click the dialogue box and it will take you straight to them and on the top left it will say write files to disc, click it and it will prompt you to put an empty disc in the tray and then close the tray and it will take care of the rest.

Hi...
Transferring your photos from PC to CD is the same as writing data to the CD.

In this special case the data are nothing but image files.
So, in my opinion nothing extra have to be done to transfer photos from PC to CD. Simply write them in the way other datas are written.

Hope you have got the answer.
Happy Computing

W/ a CD burner and the software that comes w/ it, or most any most any media player . One way would be to use your Microsoft Media Player, hit the "Burn" tab at the top. Place the images folder or the images directly into the place that says "burn list", then hit the "start burn" button. Good Luck.

Does your computer have a CD burning program? If it's a fairly recent model, it should have one built in. Try this:
Insert a blank cd. It should come up wth a thingy asking "what do you want to do with this cd? play/burn/etc..." Select burn a cd and away you go.
If it doesn't ask you, try dragging and dropping the files you want into the cd icon in My Computer, then burning it.

You need to burn the images to disk. Assuming you have a cd burner installed, you also need a burning software - try nero. This gives you step by step instructions.
