i want 2 share useful information i found from a website on my blog .i wont be claiming any rights for that content-but i want 2 know if it would be considered as copyright infringement.please help

Cite your source and you'll be ok.

If you plan to copy paragraphs and paragraphs, you may want to contact the site owner and ask permission.

I believe that if the information is for educational effect and not for commerical or entertainment, then you can quote any source you would like, provided that you cite fully the source of the material.

Otherwise, the best thing to do is to contact the holder of the site and request the right to reproduce.

If the information is copyrighted and they say you must get permission to use it, then you MAY NOT USE IT.

If the information is copyrighted but does not include an exclusivity statement, then you may use it if you cite the source.

If the information is NOT copyrighted you may use it (but cite the source anyway).
