Once you've got over to the second island, these are directions from your mansion:
Leave the mansion and head left (West), and over the bridge. Take the first left (South) and continue down that road, taking the first right i believe. Head over hte crossraod and follow that road to the airport terminal

bottom left hand corner of the 2nd island.

if you can get on starfish island there should be a helicoptor on top of the Tony Montas man.
