living together but everything is in her name? I had no say in the matter.she wanted the divorce, since then shes offered to pay me £2.000. thats it. Am i entitled to half of everything, as i have had my wages paid into her bank account for 3 years. Been together for 5years.

I'd say yes, get a divorce lawyer, they'll help.

It all depends on what the divorce laws are where you are from....But usually everything is 50/50. However, that does not include inheritances. Also, if before you were married she had a prenuptual agreement, you would get nothing from her.
Another thing you should be concerned of is if you have children. Things can get pretty sticky for you there, and you may find yourself ending up with NOTHING!!!
Get yourself a lawyer........Everybody's case is different. Only a lawyer can PROPERLY advise you on this!

Unless she had the property before the marriage yes you should be entitled to half of all marital property you need to find out what is considered marital property in your state sounds like the bank account is definitely marital property sorry you are going through this.

I think you get half of the property automatically. depending which country you're in, and what the divorce law is.
