I usually dial 7 .... I use the mathematical equation 9-1-1=7
and bingo the operator picks up and you tell her to connect you to 911

Use button 911 it's in between buttons 900 and 912 on my phone.

I DO UNDERSTAND THIS TOTALLY:LIKE ME I HAVE NO 11 ON MY PHONE.I t is therefor good that i live in Holland where you do not need an eleven our number is 1 12 now I share your problem What do I do i have no twelve on my phone.
I think i move to another country that uses drums when you need help. Your question hit me hard:i never realised before that my phone has no twelve:see I was totally happy,because i was ignorant and in total bliss YOU RUINED IT FOR ME:TX.

First you dial 10 and then you look for the back arrow and try out a few wrong buttons before you decide there must not be a back button, and no minus sign, so OMG, YOU'VE CALLED FREAKIN CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
