2. Stay a natural life, do yoga and meditation regularly. Completely avoid sweets and complete range of sugar products, soft drinks, chacklets, hot drinks, non veg, and of course you need not visit a doctor.

I choose 1, although within limits so that there will be no need to visit even the doctor, because it is difficult to trust doctors these days.
Moderation and avoidance of extremes is the real way for happiness.

A balance somewhere between the two. It would be a shame to follow a careful ascetic lifestyle and get hit by a bus crossing the road.

It is perfectly possible to enjoy a middle of the road approach, ensure that you have good exercise (from sports you enjoy) and have a happy and healthy lifestyle.

its all wrong not visiting a doctor is a virtue, I know ppl who did everything in in no.2 bt are still in miserable condition so dont fall in number game enjoy the life as it is.

2 but I wouldn't say to do yoga and meditation-any kind of sport can replace them and about the sweets and company you can eat them but not in large quantities
