I keep getting messages from ATI about updating my drivers whenever I play certain games on my pc. I want to update them but (from my previous question) I can't locate them on my pc, so I don't know which one to update. Any advice?

Go to www.ati.com and look up your video card. They will show the lastest drivers and you can download them. What you actually downlaod is a program that will install them for you. It is very easy.

Right click my computerProperties/Hardware tab/Device Manager. Locate your display adapter/right click it and go to properties/ click the Driver Tab then click update driver/click yes this time only in the Hardware update wizard window. This will open up the micsoft windows update site and you can upgrade your drivers from there.

With Games they always want the latest drivers to work better.
so its always a good idea to check the website to see if you have the latest drivers
You would have drivers on a CD that came with your pc but they get outdated very quickly
Check the link below choose your OS and download the latest drivers for yoru video card.

You will not find the drivers you need on your computer. Assuming there are in fact updated drivers available for your graphics card, you will find them at the manufactures website. Please understand that your graphics card may not have the needed capabilities at all, and therefore updating the drivers may be of no use at all.
