I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer and it works again but once I turn off laptop and turn back on same thing happens does anyone know a fix for this problem.

if the printer is installed on one computer and then shared out to the other computers turning off that computer will not allow the computers to print. you will have to keep the computer with the printer attached to it on if you want all the computers to print all the time. good luck

Hey i think you must so to the shop where you buy the laptop and then ask them hey my laptop is not working maybe there will make it good as new who nows maybe it can happen good luck

Maybe all the other laptops are connected thru your laptop.
