It wont work? :s?

on my old computer, when i was on msn, if i held onto f2 it would send somebody a sound clip of the song i was listening to, then i got some virus and had to get a new computer, now when i hold onto f2 it says your voice clip could not be sent as no sound was detected (you dnt need a mic because it normally sends a sound clip of the song youre listenin to)

probably the setting is messed up.. set the setting right in control panel... search to set the keyboard shortcuts...
