aw bless ya... your putting too much pressure on yourself... and its probably making it worse... look.. men cant be expected to put up with the pressures of the world, depression (even if your feeling up at the moment) and new relationships... without your ol man feeling a bit non responsive...
Try relaxing and stop thinking of it... the more you want it to stand to attention... and spit on command ... it wont unless your feeling at ease and able to express the emotional ties that comes with an erection!!!
Explain to your girl that you have been putting yourself under more than enough pressure and things are taking their toll... if she loves you she will understand and support you... she may even help my helping you to relax.. you never know she might be able to put life in the ol man!!!
Look just stop pressuring yourself... and relax.. it will happen again when you least expect it...

If you have put on weight recently it could be because you are self conscious. Sometimes you are worrying about your performance and your appearance without even realising and this is putting added pressure on you.
You dont say if you are with a girlfriend or if your problems are with the odd girl now and then. If you have a girlfriend im sure she can reassure you that she loves you and try to ease some of the pressure you have put on yourself.
Its best to see the doctor to double check that your weight gain and loss of erection isn't linked.
Hope things get better for you soon x

your doctor will probably want to identify just how much of this problem is psycho-sexual and how much is phisical. if you do have erections on your own but not with your partner then this is a psycho-sexual problem which can be more easily addressed. there may be some counceling involved but do embrace this as it is the key to unlocking the underlying issue.
sildenafil citrate, like kamagra or viagra are quite good and easy to buy online, not too expensive either and can really help take the edge off worrying about keeping the erection.

Obesity and alcohol abuse are the main causes of impotence in young men. Some anti depressants don't help either I'm afraid, speak to the doctor about changing pills.

Lose that weight, it is big factor in impotence. Fatty tissues increase the ESTROGEN in mens' bodies. They convert testosterone into ESTROGEN. do you want that ????
Also , consult a doctor of Chinese medicine. Get acupuncture treatments, take herbal remedies which he gives you. These will help. do not take Viagra. You need Ayurvedic remedies or chinese herbal drugs. These WILL help & do you no harm. Obey what the chinese or Ayurvedic Indian doctor tell you to do.
Avoid allopathic MD as you avoid Satan the devil.

If you can NEVER get it up, tehn the problem most prbably has a medical basis and your doc should be able to help.
If you can not get it up at certain times (stressfull new dates etc), then the reason might be anxiety related etc.
I know we tend to let things like that have a huge mental impact, but it need not be. MOST problems of that nature have fairly easy solutions. Hang on till you have spoken to your doc.

Are you taking anti-depresants? It's common for these types of drugs to cause weight-gain. They also often cause sexual dysfunctions. You should talk to your doctor nevertheless and discuss with him/her your symptoms. If the medication is the problem, maybe he/she can find an alternative? Either that or go to a homeopathic practitioner.

In view of your weight increase you could be diabetic. Take a urine sample with you to the doctors when you go and he will also probably give you a blood test.
When you know and you are treated for what ever it is your erectile dis-function will go away.

PUK says:
Many people are just gonna tell you to get Viagra or something, I however will just say wait till you get to the Dr's, this isn't the best place to ask that question as some people will just laugh at you.
