Qualifications and titles varies from country to country.

Make sure you distinguish between academic qualifications (e.g. Bachelors of Commerce etc.) and Professional qualifications (e.g. CA or CPA)

As far as I know for CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA - (US professional qualification), there is only one level. You either have it or not.

Academic qualifications - Usually the highest is a Doctorate

i think u b a charted accountant n then go on like beeing a general manager n so on n depends on wat u want to b. im doing bachulor of commerce n then after that charted accountancy which will take 4 years to graduate. srry dont knw abut ya part 3 acc.
